At the end of the course the students will be able to understand the relational and communicational dynamics that take place within the team work.
They will be able to critically use concepts, categories and interpretive models typical of the communication exchanges that take place within the health organization.

The course aims to highlight how essential it is to establish constructive communication relationships to consolidate and enhance interpersonal relationships in the workplace.

Lectures with visual support; discussion and analysis of case studies.
During the lessons, students will be asked to participate actively, in order to verify the understanding of the topics covered and promote a peer comparison.

The on-going assessment will take place through the classroom discussion and active participation during the lessons.

The final exam will consist of a group work with verbal exposure.

The evaluation criteria will consist in verifying the knowledge acquired the exhibition capacity.
