Graduation: specific information

The degree examination with proclamation is scheduled in a single session. The date and venue will be communicated by the Departmental Academic Office.

The graduation calendar outlines the time frames in which the pre-graduation and master's degree sessions will take place, as well as the proclamation day for bachelor's degrees. Information on individual thesis discussions is published in the department notices.

Sessions and deadlines

Autumn session

Submission of online graduation application: from 25 August 2025 to 12 September 2025 

Deadlines for the session from 20 to 24 October 2025:

  • Passing the last exam: 30 September 2025
  • Cancelling the graduation application (online only): 30 September 2025
  • Changing the thesis title (online only): 30 September 2025
  • Uploading the dissertation form*: 30 September 2025
  • Uploading the thesis: 30 September 2025 by 1.00 pm

Deadlines for the session from 1 to 5 December 2025:

  • Passing the last exam: 11 November 2025
  • Cancelling the graduation application (online only): 11 November 2025
  • Changing the thesis title (online only): 11 November 2025
  • Uploading the dissertation form*: 11 November 2025
  • Uploading the thesis: 11 November 2025 by 1.00 pm
Extraordinary session

Submission of online graduation application: from 7 January 2026 to 23 January 2026

Deadlines for the session from 23 to 27 March 2026:

  • Passing the last exam: 3rd March 2026
  • Cancelling the graduation application (online only): 3rd March 2026
