This master's degree prepares students for careers in marketing and business management in national and international environments. It integrates legal, statistical and economic skills with internships and practical projects. It is divided into two curriculums (marketing and management) which offer insights into digitisation, sustainability, and circular economy.

Educational objectives
This Course aims to give students multidisciplinary knowledge alongside strategic and operational skills so that they can manage complex and digitised processes. Students acquire soft skills such as leadership and problem solving, and will be able to guide companies through the challenges of digitisation and sustainability.

Graduates in Marketing and Management can work in different business areas such as marketing, human resources, finance, and project management. They can perform planning and control functions, coordinate teams and analyse data to develop new strategies. Other skills include leadership, problem solving and the ability to manage complex and digitised processes.

Final examination and degree
At the end of the Course, students must write a thesis in order to obtain their master’s degree (EQF 7). The final examination consists of writing a theoretical-practical thesis under the guidance of a supervisor, which is then defended it in front of a board of examiners. The thesis must demonstrate the student's ability to apply the knowledge acquired in the course.
