Knowledge and understanding:
- Know the fundamental aspects of the main musculoskeletal disorders and the related risk factors related to work activity, know the concept of ergonomics and the related legislation in force, know the technical standards of anthropometry and the evaluation indices of biomechanical overload
Applied knowledge and understanding: - knowing how to apply the acquired knowledge to work practice, through the analysis of example cases
Making judgements: - be able to define the risk factors for musculoskeletal disorders in the various work activities and be able to analyze the ergonomics of a workstation
Communication skills: - be able to present the knowledge acquired in a clear and concise manner through the discussion of case examples
Ability to learn: - knowing how to integrate the acquired knowledge with the remaining teachings
Knowledge of hints and basic elements of musculoskeletal anatomy and of the peripheral nervous and vascular systems, physiology and biomechanics

2. Risk factors for MSDs in the workplace (Manual handling of loads, repetitive movements, bench and VDU work)
3. Introduction to the concept of ergonomics and related current legislation
4. Introduction to the technical standards of anthropometry and the use of the Evaluation Indexes of Biomechanical Overload

The slides and recordings of the lessons will be available on Microsoft Teams
Written exam consisting of 32 multiple choice questions of which only one correct answer. Time available before the end of the exam 45 minutes.
Questions are drafted with different levels of difficulty to verify the level of completeness and adequacy of learning on all the topics covered. Each correct answer is worth 1 point and each wrong or missing answer is worth 0 points. The final mark is the result of the sum of the correct answers, from 0 to 30 cum laude (corresponding to 31 or 32 correct answers)
