The course targets to the defintion of stroke, the identification of the principal causes of cerebrovascular diseases, the knowledge of most frequent symptoms and signs of stroke, the clinical and therapeutical workup. The course aims also at understanding organization and mission of the stroke units and of the mutiprofessional team involved in stroke patients treatment
Frontal lessons; videos; articles reading; visit to the Stroke Unit of Trieste
Oral exam with clinical cases discussion. The exam lasts five minutes; possible results are aprroved/not approved.
