At the end of the course, the student must be able to use concepts , categories and interpretative models of anthropological thought in a critical way and to apply them to the understanding of the social factors that influence the work of in our society, both in a critical perspective towards the medical system - hospital, whethere in a multi-ethnic perspective.

The main concepts of Cultural anthropology (culture, identity, cultural relativism, ethnocentrism).
The anthropological view: the relationship between observer and observation object.
The body and corporeity.
