Supernumerary exams

If you want to include additional exams (voluntary exams for supplementary non-degree credits) in your study programme:

  • complete the form and send it as a PDF to the Academic Services by email, within the deadline for submitting your study programme.

Your request is subject to evaluation and you may also have to pay a stamp duty of EUR 16.00 (to be paid online):

  • if you are not aligned with the exam schedule (fuori corso). In this case you must indicate your reasons for including additional exams on the form;
  • if you exceed the ECTS/CFU credit limit indicated on the form.

Details:

  • Additional exams are not included in your study programme and the marks you are awarded for them do not contribute to your overall average mark (unless the regulation on educational activities for your degree course states otherwise).
  • In the future, if you enrol to another degree course, you will be able to request recognition of any additional exams taken.
  • If you don’t take a planned additional exam, it will be automatically removed from your academic records prior to graduation.
