Any changes must be made within the study programme submission windows. Follow the procedure that applies to your specific situation
- You can change a study programme drawn up online for the current academic year.
- If you have not yet registered for an exam round for the educational activity you want to change, you can make changes to your study programme yourself in the online Student Academic Services (Esse3).
- If you have already registered for an exam round for the educational activity that you want to change, please contact UniTS Careers Office.
- Changing your study programme for past academic years
- Enrol for the current academic year and submit your study programme.
- Log in to online Student Academic Services (Esse3) and check your academic records (Home > Exam Booklet) to verify that your study programme for this academic year has been successfully uploaded.
- Download, fill in and sign the form called ‘Variazione piano di studi’ from Esse3 (Home > Certificates and Changes to Study Programme). Check the course codes and the number of ECTS/CFU credits for any activities you want to include in your study programme. To do this, please refer to the list of educational activities.
- Send the complete form in PDF format to UniTS Careers Office from your institutional email address.
- You will have to pay stamp duty if you change type-A, -B or -C activities. Stamp duty (EUR 16.00) must be paid online through Esse3.
- Including elective activities (type D) that do not appear in Esse3
- Submit your study programme through Esse3 by choosing another activity from those that appear in Esse3.
- Send an email to UniTS Student Academic Services requesting a change to your programme and attach the ‘Variazione piano di studi’ form. You can find this on Esse3 (Home > Certificates and Changes to Study Programme).

In order to be able to download the ‘Variazione piano di studi’ form, non-EU students must have first sent a copy of their residence permit to UniTS Careers Office.
