Each year, an orientation tutor is appointed to assist students with technical issues related to submitting study plans and administrative requirements. The name of the orientation tutor is communicated to students annually via institutional email.
Additionally, student tutors are assigned to specific courses and laboratory activities.

Each Department of the University has dedicated tutor lecturers, appointed by their respective Department Councils, whose role is to ensure the accessibility of facilities, teaching activities, and learning materials. Their support guarantees that courses and exams are conducted in ways that are appropriate and compatible with students’ abilities.
