Graduation: specific information

The degree examination with proclamation is scheduled in a single session. The date and venue will be communicated by the Departmental Academic Office.

The graduation calendar outlines the time frames in which the pre-graduation and master's degree sessions will take place, as well as the proclamation day for bachelor's degrees. Information on individual thesis discussions is published in the department notices.

Sessions and deadlines

Summer session

Submission of online graduation application: from 217 April 2026 to 15 May 2026  

Deadlines for the session from 13 to 17 July 2026:

  • Passing the last exam: 23 June 2026
  • Cancelling the graduation application (online only): 23 June 2026
  • Changing the thesis title (online only): 23 June 2026
  • Uploading the dissertation form*: 23 June 2026
  • Uploading the thesis: 23 June 2026 by 1.00 pm

 

Autumn session

Submission of online graduation application: from 24/08/26 to 11/09/26

 

Deadlines for the session from 13 to 17 July 2026:

  • Passing the last exam:  29/09/26
  • Cancelling the graduation application (online only):  29/09/26
  • Changing the thesis title (online only):  29/09/26
  • Uploading the dissertation form*:  29/09/26
  • Uploading the thesis:  29/09/26by 1.00 pm

Deadlines for the session from 24 August 2026 to 11 September 2026:

  • Passing the last exam: 11/11/26
  • Cancelling the graduation application (online only): 11/11/26
  • Changing the thesis title (online only): 11/11/26

Extraordinary session

Submission of online graduation application:  from 07/01/27 to 22/01/27

Deadlines for the session from 22 to 27 March 2027:

  • Passing the last exam: 02/03/27 
  • Cancelling the graduation application (online only): 02/03/27 
  • Changing the thesis title (online only): 02/03/27 
  • Uploading the dissertation form*: 02/03/27 
  • Uploading the thesis: 02/03/27 by 13.00
