Syllabus

Knowledge of the main Cardiological disease, their pathophysiology and their complex interaction within the organism. - Assessment and management of patients with cardiovascular disease. Assessment of specific syndromes and signs (chest pain, dyspnea, fatigue, syncope) which may require multidisciplinary approach. - attention to translational research and to interrelationship of medical disciplines. - development of critical thinking and multi parametric approach to the patients. To be noted: the course "Cardiovascular Disease 2" will treat all the above topics with a specifci focus on the final commn pathway of cardiovascular diseases: the heart failure

Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and general pathophysiology

Will be delivered information to develop skills, knowledge and competences regarding cardiovascular disease. Clinical cases will be discussed. The course "Cardiovascular Disease-2" will have the specific focus on physiopathology, clinics, management of heart failure
