Syllabus

- to have the ability to collect anamnestic, clinical and laboratory data in order to be able to critically define the diagnostic and therapeutic procedure independently, proposing the various steps to follow
- to know how to communicate their clinical suspicion and their diagnostic-therapeutic proposals both to specialist colleagues and to the patients themselves
- to have developed those learning skills that allow them to think critically having knowledge, but above all knowing where to go to find any missing information or suggestions

Basic knowledge of gynecology and oncology

The course aims to develop issues related to female and male fertility, in the field of oncology. the epidemiology of the main tumors affecting childbearing age, preservation techniques and subsequent outcomes are studied in detail. Furthermore, an overview of the system organization at present is provided.

The learning assessment takes place through a written test with multiple choice questions. Passing the course is expressed by approval (approved/not approved). To obtain approval, the student must demonstrate that he has learned the basic principles of gynecological oncology and fertility preservation techniques, correctly answering at least 25/30 questions.
