Under superivision of a tutor Knowledge and ability to understand applied to an olistic approach to the patient ( physical, psicological and social aspect) with interaction with the environment around them with the aim to identify basic needs with a personalized plan based on the clinical evaluation also of specialistic competence (medical and surgical)
Acquisition of autonomy of judgement and communication skills through the application of the notions learned during the courses
To be regularly signed up at the 5th year of the course after passed the previous exams.
practical activity in medical and surgical ward/outpatient clinic and attendance of operatory room with application of knowledge learned from the teachings of the 5° year of course(medicine, general surgery, vascular and plastic surgery, ortophedics, oncology, dermatology) as specified from every syllabus.

The program includes all the teching programs of all courses held during the year
Practical didactics with attendance of medical, surgical and specialistic ward and discussion of clinival cases (internal medicine, geriatric ward, general surgical ward, plastic, vascular, oftamology, dermatology) with registration to a specific link.
Practical review during tutorial activity and final evaluation taking in account the final evaluation of internal medicine and general surgery exam.
Evaluation in judge (excellent, distinguished, good, fair, sufficient, insufficient) from an excellent knowledge of topics and language skills to an inadeguate knowledge of the described topics.
Concerning surgery a clinical case analysis will be requested
