Medical Simulation and Advanced Training Centre
At the Medical Simulation and Advanced Training Centre (CSMAA), Medicine and Surgery students can practise with:
- the adult humanoid simulator HAL s5301 equipped with artificial intelligence, robotic limbs, and real physiological responses, allowing students to conduct highly realistic training exercises.
- the Anatomage digital anatomical table
The Centre is part of the Cattinara Hospital complex. It is equipped with an advanced medical simulation system that allows simulations to be recorded and reviewed via streaming or debriefing, enabling students' progress to be monitored over time. Through an audio system in the laboratories, instructors can guide students directly from the control rooms.
